Terms and conditions
When you sign up for an account all details collected are kept private and confidential. Your contact details will only ever be used in order to ship orders, and if necessary, to contact you regarding any orders in progress. Customer details are never passed onto any third parties.
1. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
2. Private Customer information (credit cards, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days from the time of your last order.
3. At the time of signing up you may opt to receive an occasional newsletter to inform you of special offers, new items etc. This is not a weekly influx of spam type newsletter, in fact there will be hardly any! If you sign up for this then decide you no longer want it you can easily opt not to receive it by altering your settings on the My Account page.
Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to accept orders from world wide.
We accept payment by Credit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
All items in our store are listed in EURO. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Once done the order when will the package be shipped?
It depends on your answer on our information regarding stock status, shipping costs. Why?
Once you will make an order, you can also make the payment but in short time you will be advised of stock status and delivery time of missing items. After it you can take next actions:
- wait on all goods or divided the shipment in two parts
- take only goods on stock
- cancel the order
Independent on your action we will diminish, cancel or change your payment amount ( credit cards ).
You will also be advised on exact shipping costs. Why?
We want to provide you the lowest shipping costs. That's why every order will be considered individually and tried to obtain the lowest possible rate for shipping. We want to make you save also on shipping.
No packing charges will be added.
What Shipping Service Do You Use?
- For EU countries GLS or Post
- For others Post or TNT
The shipping rates for EU countries for your order can be viewed at the end of you order. But it is only informative nature!!!
Are there products that can not be shipped?
When shipping the fuel or boxes very big size, kindly contact us on email@example.com before making order.
Damaged Package Claims
If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us.
Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes.
We will most likely request the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification.
GROLES d.o.o. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience with us.
If for any reason you don't like or don't want something you purchased from GROLES d.o.o., you may return New and Unused merchandise within 14 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
New and unused merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Don't send us goods which were already used, with missing parts or damaged packing. This type of goods we will not be able to accept back.
You must contact us before you return any item to us.
